Fluffy Mod Manager
Fluffy Mod Manager manages supported game-asset mods. Use its author's listing, select Dragon's Dogma 2 and follow the individual mod's archive layout. It is not interchangeable with REFramework and does not certify a mod's Dark Arisen compatibility.
Install and test a mod
- Back up saves and download the manager from FluffyQuack's Nexus listing. Extract it to its own writable folder.
- Select Dragon's Dogma 2 in the game selector. Point the manager to the installation folder; Steam's Manage > Browse local files shows that folder.
- Read the mod author's requirements, supported game build and Fluffy installation instructions. Do not place a REFramework DLL or Lua script into an asset-mod folder unless its author says to.
- Import the compatible archive by the manager's documented method, enable that one mod and check the manager's status before launching.
- Test the affected item or scene. Disable the mod again if the behavior is wrong, rather than stacking more mods on top.
- Before a game update, disable installed mods in the manager. After the update, refresh its archive information as directed by the author and reinstall only compatible releases.
Dark Arisen
A manager's original-file backup is not a character-save backup. If the unmodded game fails after removing mods, use Steam's file verification and check for extra files verification may leave behind. Do not delete the game's official archives or install an unverified bridge executable.
